• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable once services or items have been delivered.
• Any chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension.
• Virtual items and services purchased are non-transferable between accounts.
• We reserve the right to modify donation packages or benefits at any time.
• By making a donation, you acknowledge that you are not purchasing in-game currency or items, but supporting server maintenance.

• Respect all players and staff members at all times.
• No excessive spamming, advertising, or disruptive behavior in game chats.
• Bug abuse should be reported immediately to staff rather than exploited.
• Follow all instructions from server administrators and moderators.
• Communication must be kept free from hate speech, discrimination, and harassment.
